A和B開心露營去,躺在帳棚裡邊聊邊睡,A說:「看到滿天星斗,好開心!」 B說:「我看到是我們的帳篷被偷走了!」 凡人看「有」容易,看「無」難。 「千山鳥飛絕,萬徑人蹤滅」。 有人看到「有」千山,有人看到「無」鳥飛;有人看到「有」萬徑,有人看到「無」人蹤。 萬丈紅塵的人群關係裡,除了「有」的部分,你也看得到「無」的部分嗎? 貓咪,緊追著老鼠,終究沒得手。 狐狸譏笑貓咪:「你竟然追不上一隻老鼠!」 貓咪回答:「你懂什麼!我是搏一頓飯,牠是搏一條命,當然追不到!」 黃狗附和:「官兵抓強盜時,官兵搏一頓飯,強盜搏一條命,所以官兵抓不到強盜!」 對於這個故事,馬斯洛可能想到他的需求理論,「生理需求,安全需求,愛與歸屬需求,尊榮需求,自我實踐需求。」 請問你想到什麼? 本課程擬藉簡易的笑話與故事,出入於人群關係的穹蒼,在學術理論…之餘,穿梭於非學術沃野與學術殿堂的臍帶,優游一場學習共和國: 1、爬梳正式組織與非正式組織的顯相與秘相 2、萃取人與群的風雲與弔詭 3、探尋職場生涯與人生舞台的奇花與異草 4.俾利同學的實用功能 (1)內在領域的自我整理 (2)外在環境的策略行動 |

A & B went camping. One night they were lying in the tent, chatting before they fall asleep. A said, “What a pleasant to see such starry night.” While B responded, “Oh, thanks to someone who stole our tent!” It is easy for most of us to see what we have instead of what we don’t have. “A thousand mountains, no sign of birds in flight; Ten thousand paths, no trace of human tracks.” Some people might see there “are” a thousand mountains, and the other might discover there “are no” birds in flight; while some people would find out that there “are” ten thousand paths, and some other people see “no trace of human tracks.” Despite all the “there are,” do you see any “there are no?” A cat, chasing a rat, and didn't catch. A fox mocked the cat, “What? You couldn't even catch a rat?” The cat replied, “Alright listen! I was hunting for simply a meal, while it was running for its life. This is the reason.” A dog added, “I see, it is like a police trying to arrest a robber. The police, tried so hard to catch for the purpose of his job; and the robber tried so hard to escape for his life’s sake. That is why the police couldn't catch’em.” Abraham Maslow may likely to relate this story to his theory of the hierarchy of needs, “Physiological, Safety, Love and belonging, Esteem, Self-Actualization ”. What do you come up with after reading this story? This course will lead students into the sphere of Human Relationship through simple jokes and stories. This course also serve as a bridge, connecting the non-academic and academic fields, so that students will be learning as if in a united nation with all kinds of variety and differences. 1. To be able to analyze the evident part and the subtle part of formal organizations and non-formal groups. 2. To learn the mystery of the relationship between person and people. 3.
