| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
照顧公共化與積極勞動市場政策是當代福利國家的重要議題，國家如何面對照顧公共化與祈福利國家體制密切相關。本課程試圖透過對文獻導讀，讓學生瞭解照顧公共化的理論與類型，以及重要國家的照顧制度類型、改革狀況及其背後的發展脈絡。

| Caring publicing and active labor market policy are the most important issues in modern welfare states. How the state deal with caring policy depends on domestic welfare regime. This seminar try to make the students understand the theories, models, practices and reforms of caring policies in model countries of welfare regimes by lessen the relevant classics. |

本課堂上課內容大致分為兩大部分，第一部分是跟社會照顧相關的社會學理論觀點的介紹與討論，第二部分是依據福利國體制分類的個別國家的社會照顧政策介紹，最後才回到台灣的本土脈絡去理解社會照顧的可能性和背景因素。 |
