三、教學目標 Objectives |
希望藉由帶領學生理解英美法架構體系及法學方法,培養學生閱讀美國法案例、資料查詢及撰寫文件之能力。

The goal of this course is to give the students a picture of ango American law. Including the Federalism, stare decisis, and court structures. Though reading the case materials, the students are anticipated to learn how to study the case and how to make case briefs. |
