透過影像的故事來反省轉型正義的議題,分成四大領域:審判(刑事正義)、真相與和解委員會(修復式正義)、集體記憶(歷史的正義)及賠償(賠償的正義) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Over 14 movies and documentary films will be viewed and critically discussed, including the background history and the transitional justice mechanisms held in different countries. Criminal justice, international or national, reparation, historical justice and truth commission are four concerns of films selection. The questions of the seminar is how Taiwan should deal with its past wrongs which includes: What actually happened in the 228 Incident and the White Terror? What were the human rights violations? What should be done for Taiwan's searching justice in transition? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
四、課程內容 Course Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
●整體敘述 Overall Description 課程主要思考及理解轉型時期正義的特殊性,需要能進入及突破「被害」及「加害」二元結然對立的思考框架,探討「正義」的複雜及多元意義。尤其是進入不同當事人處境脈絡中,反思當事者的倫理及道德困境,進而探討轉型時期該如何訴求正義?修這門課的學生需要準備作三次的課程記錄,紀錄電影的內容、上課討論,以及引發的後續思考議題及有關轉型期該正義有何特殊性? |
