三、教學目標 Objectives
1. 瞭解國家人權機構之歷史發展、評比情形、類型模式、組織架構等。
2. 瞭解國家人權機構與歐洲人權法院、兒童權利機制、身心障礙權利機制、國家防範機制等之互動情形。
3. 探討南韓、泰國、馬來西亞、菲律賓、愛爾蘭、英國、歐洲聯盟等國家之國家人權機構的內涵。
4. 思考台灣如何設立符合國際標準之國家人權機構。
1. Understanding developments, valuations, models, and structures of national human rights institutions.
2. Understanding interactions between national human rights institutions and European Court of Human Rights, institutions of children's rights, institutions of rights of people with disabilities and national preventive mechanisms.
3. Exploring contexts of national human rights institutions of south Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Ireland, UK, EU.
4. Thinking of how Taiwan may establish a national human rights institutions according to international standards.
