三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
處理不同文化如何接觸與共融,是強調伸張社會正義與保障弱勢社群人權為己任的社會工作得深思的議題。對多元文化的強調,除是對社會中不同社群的尊重,亦是希冀藉此取向,讓社會中每個人能逐漸接納自己各種不同身份。奠基於上述視野,本課程邀請同學進入與思考社會工作可在性傾向領域內從事的事情。 本課程以個人經驗分享、課堂講授、個案討論、腦力激盪與角色扮演等方式,使學生對性傾向相關議題能有基礎的反省與理解。以此理解為基礎,思索社會工作處遇的切入點與原則。並讓學生於未來從事相關工作時,能有一定敏感度,從整合性視野,提供適當服務。 |

Objectives of this course: 1. Examining concepts such as heterosexism that normalizes heterosexuality as a dominant mode of intimate relations. 2. Comprehending how heterosexism as a system of oppression shapes the lives of persons who are heterosexual and those who belong to sexual minorities. 3. Exploring our own stereotypes, myths, and ideas about sex, gender, sexual identity, & sexual orientation. 4. Becoming familiar with a range of issues that lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender peoples experience. 5. Developing a theoretical approach to conceptualizing and understanding sexual identity of sexual minorities, and learn ways in which we can counter heterosexism and homophobia in social work practice. |

●整體敘述 Overall Description 一、這門課主要處理社會工作面對不同性傾向服務接受者的態度與介入方式,在課堂進行過程中,有可能會逐漸接觸異於學生過往生活經驗的文化或事物。因此,請以開闊與感恩的心情,面對這些「新」事物﹔並以開放與誠實的態度,去檢視自己面對這些這些「新」事物時的感受與想法。 二、關於課程內容有任何問題,請在課間或課後不吝發問或提出您寶貴意見。 三、缺課或請假依學校規定辦理。 四、個人與小組書面報告請於學生與老師共同討論後的日期與時間繳交。 五、報告遲交一週,成績打八折;遲交兩週,成績打六四折。 |
