三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程主要教授學生有關管理資訊系統所需的知識，以及介紹資訊管理研究的重要理論與理論建構方法，期望學生在進行資訊管理研究時，能夠深入的了解與運用資訊管理領域重要的研究理論。
The course aims to instruct students both the knowledge of management information systems (MIS) and the important MIS theories in this area. At the end of this course, students should have the capabilities to understand and apply the MIS theories while conducting research.

期刊論文簡報與評論 20%指定課堂論文簡報: 15%, 評論: 5%。每組同學負責簡報指定英文期刊論文。另，每篇文章亦指派另一組同學(全體組員)發問，內容可為: 對文章的感想、詢問不懂之處等。每篇論文最後由教師帶領進行討論。
