| 本課程結合文學與人生設計的理論與方法,進行學生自身的學/職涯探索。課程前半透過經典文本閱讀、個人書寫與小組討論,引導學生探索個人特質、天賦與熱情,並釐清個人價值觀與人生方向;後半則進入職/學涯實踐,作為自我探索的延伸驗證,藉由真實經驗驗證自身假設,逐步找到適合的發展方向。學生將在課堂中練習發想不同版本的未來計畫、進行低風險的原型實驗(prototyping)、進行職/學涯資訊訪談、記錄與分析自身能量來源與阻力。整體而言,本課程核心在於自我探索與人生設計,從人文思維出發,描繪並實踐屬於自己的生命藍圖。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This course weaves together literary reading, reflective practice, and hands-on action planning to help students discover their natural talents and passions while clarifying the values that shape their life direction. In the first half, students engage with classic texts, personal writing, and group discussions to deepen their sense of self, articulate their inner values, and recognize their strengths. The second half moves from reflection to practice, emphasizing career-oriented actions such as interviewing professionals or showcasing personal projects in order to design concrete pathways toward meaningful work. At its core, the course is about self-exploration and life design, empowering students to imagine—and actively pursue—their own unique life blueprint. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 四、課程內容 Course Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ●整體敘述 Overall Description This course begins with Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning, guiding students to reflect on purpose and the forces shaping their choices. Through Brontë’s Jane Eyre, they examine how one’s perceived flaws can become sources of strength, and The Midnight Library invites them to consider multiple possible lives and the values behind each path. The second half turns toward action. Using Designing Your Life, The Defining Decade, and The Twentysomething Treatment, students create Odyssey Plans, run low-risk prototypes, and test emerging interests through interviews or small projects. The course concludes with a prototype-based final project that clarifies a meaningful direction for their future. |
