| 本課程主要標有三面向 • 知識面： 理解國際 ESG 框架（GRI, SASB, TCFD/TNFD）與台灣政策法規（金管會永續發展路徑圖）。 • 技能面： 具備撰寫永續報告書中「社會」章節的實務能力，包括重大性議題分析（Materiality Analysis）與 SROI 計算基礎。 • 態度面： 培養對企業倫理、多元共融（DEI）及勞動人權的敏銳度，並能以多方利害關係人視角解決商業衝突。 |

| This course focuses on three key dimensions: Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of international ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD/TNFD) and relevant Taiwanese regulations (e.g., the FSC’s Sustainable Development Roadmap). Skills: Develop practical competencies for drafting the "Social" section of sustainability reports, including conducting Materiality Analysis and understanding the fundamentals of SROI (Social Return on Investment) calculation. Attitude: Cultivate sensitivity toward business ethics, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and labor rights, while learning to resolve business conflicts through a multi-stakeholder perspective. |
