| The objectives of this course are as follows: 1.Establish Foundational Knowledge: Master the core theories of entrepreneurial management and the essential elements of a business model. 2.Emphasize Social Responsibility: Understand the responsibility of entrepreneurship to solve problems through innovation, creating sustainable value and social well-being. 3.Embrace Human-Centric AI (HCAI): Emphasize the philosophy of Human-Centric AI, guiding students to master technological collaboration and utilize AI cooperation to enhance the synergy of human intelligence. 4.Implement Customer-Centricity: Cultivate deep empathy for customer needs, and establish user-centric consumption experiences and effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 5.Develop Entrepreneurial Spirit: Foster the entrepreneurial spirit needed to face challenges and seize opportunities through case studies and experiential learning (Learning by Doing). 6.Inspire Creativity: Encourage confident expression, stimulate imagination and creativity, leading to a comprehensive understanding and inspiration for future entrepreneurial endeavors. |

| ●整體敘述 Overall Description 創業的社會責任在於透過創新解決現存問題、創造永續的經濟價值與就業機會,從而提升整體社會的福祉。本課程目標旨在幫助學生建立「創業管理」所需的商學理論基礎與商業模式核心元素。尤其在人工智慧加速發展的時代,強調「人本AI」的理念,引導學生掌握與科技協作的能力,理解如何運用 AI 擴增人類智慧,以實現企業的永續發展與顧客價值創造。創業不僅是建立一門生意,品牌也非僅限於華麗的商標。引導學生以消費者導向的思維,透過深度同理顧客需求,發掘潛在商機,並建立以使用者為中心的消費體驗與良好的顧客關係管理。課程將透過國內外精選案例研討與創業遊戲的做中學(Learning by Doing),培養學生在創業歷程中面對挑戰、把握機會的創業家精神。最終,期待學生能在此開放的學習氛圍中,自信地表達觀點、激發想像力與創造力,對未來創業之路擁有全面的認知與啟發。 The social responsibility of entrepreneurship lies in solving existing problems through innovation, creating sustainable economic value and job opportunities, and thus enhancing the overall well-being of society. The objective of this course is to help students establish the necessary business theoretical foundation and core elements of business models for Entrepreneurial Management. Particularly in the era of accelerated artificial intelligence development, the course emphasizes the philosophy of "Human-Centric AI" (or Human-Augmented AI), guiding students to master the ability to collaborate with technology and understand how to leverage AI to augment human intelligence, thereby achieving sustainable enterprise development and customer value creation. Entrepreneurship is not merely about establishing a business, nor is branding limited to a flashy logo. The course guides students to adopt a consumer-oriented mindset, utilizing deep empathy for customer needs to discover potential business opportunities, and establishing a user-centric consumption experience and effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Through selected domestic and international case studies and entrepreneurial games (Learning by Doing), the course aims to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit required to face challenges and seize opportunities during the startup process. Ultimately, it is expected that students will confidently express their viewpoints, inspire imagination and creativity in this open learning environment, and gain a comprehensive understanding and inspiration for their future entrepreneurial journey. |
