三、教學目標 Objectives
以美國憲法為教學主體，激發同學課堂發言，討論，分析解讀美國法律之能力訓練，進而強化法律人的思維邏輯。
1.Read and analysis a broad range of Constitutional Law claims. 2.Identify legal rule to similar factual situation. 3.Articulate the rationales to conduct legal analysis and persuasive legal argument. 4."Think like a Lawyer"
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description This course provides introduction to the U.S. Constitutional Law. The classes will cover Due process, Equal Protection and Freedom of Speech. Please be well prepared for all assigned cases for each week before attending the class. Getting called on in every class should be expected. If you are not prepared to discuss the day's case, please give me a note prior to class. This will avoid embarrassment for both of us.
