三、教學目標 Objectives
面對國際大廠減碳要求，企業未來營利須突破傳統商業模式，進而強化組織內部之環境、社會責任、公司治理（ESG）資訊揭露，並與利害關係人有效溝通，將永續發展整合至營運策略藍圖。本課程旨在引導學習者認識台灣作為國際供應鏈關鍵角色，應如何推動國內企業淨零轉型，創造資本市場競爭力及健全各產業ESG生態。
In response to the requests of industrial decarbonization from international corporations, meanwhile, to make profits in the future, domestic enterprises should put emphasis on disclosing information of ESG performances inside their institutions, negotiating with stakeholders, as well as integrating sustainable development factors into strategic blueprints for corporate operations. Knowing the fact that Taiwan as a crucial role in global supply chain, this course aims to provide guidance on how to promote corporate transformation to net zero emissions, create competitiveness in capital market, and complete the ESG build-up process, considering different industrial scenarios or dilemma over this issue.
